NAKED3 EYESHADOW PALETTE REVIEW (URBAN DECAY)

Εδώ είναι λοιπόν!!!Η "διάσημη" παλέτα απ'την Urban Decay η Naked3. Στην αρχή ήμουν λιγάκι διστακτική για το άν θα έπρεπε να την αγοράσω η όχι, μιας και απο καλλυντικά γενικότερα είμαι πλήρης, αλλά ήξερα ότι αν δεν την πάρω, μετά θα το μετάνιωνα. Την παρήγγειλα λοιπόν απ'το site της Urban Decay,  και περίπου μια εβδομάδα μετά την είχα στα χέρια μου!!!

Η παλέτα Naked3 από την Urban Decay αποτελείται από 12 σκιές, ακριβώς όπως και οι προηγούμενες παλέτες Naked και Naked2. Τα περισσότερα χρώματα είναι μεταλλικά, υπάρχουν όμως και μερικές αποχρώσεις ματ και σάτιν. Στην παλέτα επίσης εμπεριέχεται ένα πινέλο διπλής χρήσης, καθώς και μερικά δειγματάκια απ'τα πασίγνωστα primers για τα μάτια της εταιρείας, τα Urban Decay primer potions. Η συσκευασία είναι υπέροχη, μεταλλική και έχει ένα όμορφο ροζ χρυσό χρώμα. Είναι ιδανική για ταξίδια, μιας και δεν έχεις άγχος ότι μπορεί να σπάσει!!!

Έχοντας δοκιμάσει όλες τις σκιές, μπορώ να πώ ότι μόνο μια ήταν αυτή που με ψιλοαπογοήτευσε. Αλλά πάμε να δούμε τις φωτογραφίες και θα σας πώ μετά ποια είναι αυτή και το λόγο φυσικά που δεν μου άρεσε τόσο!!!

Strange είναι ανοιχτόχρωμο φυσικό ροζ με τελείωμα ματ-σατινέ

Dust είναι ένα ανοιχτόχρωμο μεταλλικό ροζ με λευκόχρυσα γκλίτερς

Burnout είναι ένα ελαφρύ ροζ-ροδακινί χρώμα με σατινέ

Limit είναι ένα ελαφρύ μωβ-ροζ  χρώμα με τελείωμα ματ

Buzz είναι ένα μεταλλικό ροζ με ασημένια γκλίτερς

Trich είναι ένα ελαφρύ μεταλλικό ροζ-χάλκινο χρώμα με γκλίτερς καφέ-χρυσά

Nooner είναι ένα μεσαίας έντασης καφέ-ροζ χρώμα με ματ τελείωμα

Liar είναι ένα μεσαίας έντασης μεταλλικό μωβ χρώμα

Factory είναι ένα καφε-ρόζ χρώμα με σατινέ

Mugshot ένα μεταλλικό taupe χρώμα που "ψιλοροζίζει"

Darkside είναι ένα βαθύ μωβ-taupe χρώμα με σατινέ τελείωμα

Blackheart  είναι ένα μαύρο χρώμα με ροζ-κόκκινα γκλίτερς και έχει ματ τελείωμα

Η λιγότερο αγαπημένη μου σκιά είναι η Dust. Το χρώμα της είναι υπέροχο, αλλά δεν απλώνεται τόσο όμορφα όσο οι άλλες, δεν είναι τόσο "βουτυρένια" η υφή της, αν μπορώ να το πώ έτσι. Απ'την άλλη τα χρώματα που λάτρεψα είναι κυρίως το Buzz, το  Nooner και το Darkside. Η διάρκεια όλων τον σκιών είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, μπορεί να γίνει βέβαια άψογη εάν βάλετε και κάποιο primer από κάτω.

Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια πάρα πολύ καλή παλέτα.  Παίρνετε 12 σκιές, ένα πινέλο διπλής χρήσης και μερικά δειγματάκια από πρίμερ ματιών για $52 συν τους φόρους. Έχει την ίδια "φιλοσοφία" που έχουν και οι προηγούμενες παλέτες αυτής της σειράς Naked και Naked2, απλά τα χρώματα κινούνται στις αποχρώσεις του ροζ. Να σας πω, ότι συνεχίζω ν'αγαπώ τη κλασική Naked, είναι απ'τις παλέτες που χρησιμοποιώ πολύ συχνά. Για τη Naked2 δυστυχώς δεν έχω άποψη γιατί δεν την έχω, οπότε δεν μπορώ να συγκρίνω.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

Here it is!!!The famous Naked3 palette from Urban Decay. I was a little hesitant if I should buy this one, but I knew that if I don't, I would regret it. So I went ahead and purchased it. It arrived a week later, and I have to admit that I'm really happy that I have this palette is in my hands. Beautiful cool pink and pinky-brown colors, pigmented and smooth when you apply them.

Naked3 palette consists of 12 eyeshadows, most of them are shimmery, but there are also a few matte and satin shades. The palette also includes a double ended brush and a few samples of the popular Urban decay primer potions :) The packaging is a gorgeous metallic, rose-gold color, excellent for travelling!!!

After swatching all the eyeshadows, there is only one that Ι don't personally like that much. But let's see the colors and some swatches first and then you'll find out which one is it and why.

Strange is a pale neutral pink matte-satin

Dust is a pale metallic pink shimmer with iridescent micro-glitter

Burnout is a light pinky-peach satin

Limit is light dusty rose matte

Buzz is a metallic rose shimmer with silver micro-glitter

Trich is light metallic pinky-copper shimmer with tonal micro-sparkle

Nooner is a medium pinky-brown matte

Liar is a medium metallic mauve shimmer

Factory is pinky-brown satin

Mugshot is a metallic taupe shimmer with slight pink shift

Darkside is a deep taupe-mauve satin

Blackheart smoky black matte with rosy red micro-sparkle

My least favorite eyeshadow of all is Dust. The color is beautiful, but is kinda glittery compared to the rest and the fallout you get when you apply it is annoying. On the other hand my favorites are Buzz, Nooner and Darkside !!! All eyeshadows have great longetivity and pigmentation, especially if you put a primer underneath.

Overall, it's a great palette, especially if you love pinky toned eyeshadows (I really like these kind of colors)!!!You get 12 eyeshadows, a double ended brush and a few primer samples for $52 plus tax. Same idea as the previous Naked palettes, more cool pinky tones in this one. I still love the original Naked palette (I get great use out of it). I don't have Naked2  to make a comparison.

Naked3 palette is now available online at  Urbandecay.com and it will be launched on Sephora.com , Beauty.com and Ulta.com on the 12/06/2013 instead of 12/09/2013 according to the official Urban decay facebook page!!!

Γειά σας όμορφες!!!

Όσες κοπέλες μας ακολουθείτε στο Facebook, θα ξέρετε ήδη ότι πρόσφατα αγόρασα μια απ'τις καινούργιες παλετίτσες της Urban Decay. Η εταιρεία έχοντας σαν έμπνευση την επερχόμενη ταινία της Disney "Oz The Great and The Powerful", στην οποία πρωταγωνιστούν γνωστοί ηθοποιοί όπως ο  James Franco (The Wizard of Oz), η Mila Kunis (Theodora) και Michelle Williams (Glinda), έβγαλε δύο limited edition παλέτες. Την Glinda και την Theodora. Εγώ διάλεξα την πρώτη, γιατί θεώρησα ότι τα χρώματα είναι πιο ιδιαίτερα.

Η παλέτα Glinda, έρχεται σε μία μεταλλική συσκευασία, σχέδον ίδια με την Naked2. Όταν την ανοίξετε βλέπετε έναν τεράστιο καθρέφτη, έξι σκιές οι οποίες μπορούνε ν'αφαιρεθούνε απο την παλέτα και ένα μολύβι για τα μάτια. Μαζί θα πάρετε και ένα κραγιόν σε μορφή μολυβιού, το οποίο όμως δεν βρίσκεται μέσα στην παλέτα.

Οι σκιές είναι πραγματικά υπέροχες (όπως άλλωστε οι περισσότερες σκιές της Urban Decay, οι οποίες έχουν γίνει οι αγαπημένες μου). Έχουν απίστευτη απόδοση χρώματος και απλώνονται σαν όνειρο στην περιοχή του ματιού. Υπέροχα παστέλ χρώματα, κυρίως ιριδίζοντα. Πρέπει βέβαια να παραδεχτώ, ότι τα glitters στην σκιά "Oz" είναι λίγο παραπάνω μεγάλα απ'ότι θα μ'άρεσε, αλλά απλώνονται όμορφα στο μάτι.

Το μολύβι ματιών στην απόχρωση Rockstar είναι ένα τέλειο μελιτζανί χρώμα. Κρεμώδες και τρομερά σταθερό (το καλύτερο μολύβι ματιών που έχω δοκιμάσει μέχρι σήμερα).

Όσο για το μολύβι-κραγιόν που έρχεται μαζί με την παλέτα, είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο nude χρώματακι, έχει αρκετή λάμψη και δεν στεγνώνει τα χείλια.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορώ να πω για τη παλετίτσα, είναι ότι κοστίζει $49 (στην Ελλάδα πιστεύω θα κοστίζει, αν έρθει, όσο οι Naked). Όμως αν σκεφτείτε ότι παίρνετε έξι σκιές ( η καθεμία χωριστά κοστίζει $18), ένα μολύβι για τα μάτια, λίγο μικρότερο απ'το κανονικό μέγεθος (που κοστίζει $19) και ένα μολύβι-κραγιόν για τα χείλη (που κοστίζει $19), δεν είναι τελικά τόσο άσχημη η τιμή της.

Hi beautiful!!!

For those of you who follow us on Facebook, you'll know that I recently bought the Glinda palette from Urban Decay. The company has created two limited edition palettes, the Glinda and the Theodora, which was inspired by the upcoming Disney's movie "Oz The Great and The Powerful", starring James Franco (The Wizard of Oz), Mila Kunis (Theodora), Michelle Williams (Glinda).  I chose the Glinda palette because I think the colors are more unique.

The Glinda palette comes in a  tin container (similar to Naked2) and when you open it there is a full-sized mirror.  It comes with six removable eye shadow pans and an eye liner pencil.  There is also a lip product included but not inside the palette.

The eyeshadows are amazing (as most of the Urban Decay eyeshadows, which are my favorites at the moment). Extremely pigmented and glide on so smoothly. Beautiful pastel colors, mostly shimmery ones. I have to admit that the glittery colors are a little bit chunkier that I would like, but overall they're beautiful.

The 24/7 Glide on eye liner pencil in Rockstar is a gorgeous eggplant shade. Very creamy, with fantastic lasting power (on of the best eyeliners I have ever used).

As for the Super-Saturated High Gloss Color in Glinda, it is a beautiful nude lip color, very pigmented. It has a  glossy finish and it won't dry out your lips.

The only downside is the price which is $49. However,  you're buying 6 eyeshadows (which cost $18
each, an eye liner pencil little smaller than the full size which cost $19, and a lip product which cost $19 individually), so it's not that bad.

Επανήλθατε στους καθημερινούς σας ρυθμούς? ή κάνετε τα πάντα για να παρατείνετε τις διακοπές σας??

Στις 29 Δεκεμβρίου 2012 για όσες μας παρακολουθείτε και μέσω facebook ανάρτησα το απόκτημά μου από την Urban Decay την παλέτα Smoked.
Ασφαλώς και την πήρα με την προσφορά που είχαν τα Sephora -35% σε όλες τις παλέτες. Σε όλες...αυτό τώρα είναι σχετικό...γιατί στην Λάρισα που ήμουνα εγώ για τις Χριστουγεννιάτικες διακοπές μου, πρώτον δεν υπήρχαν όλες οι παλέτες και δεύτερον η Naked 2 που υπήρχε δεν ήταν στην προσφορά....γιατί ε??? γιατί???
Εκ των υστέρων έμαθα ότι σε κάθε πόλη υπάρχει διαφορετική πολιτική...

Anyway...ας μην μείνουμε στα νεύρα που είχα εκείνη την ημέρα και ας δούμε μαζί την ομολογουμένως εκπληκτική παλέτα της Urban Decay για smoky εμφανίσεις.
Όσες έχετε δοκιμάσει σκιές από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία γνωρίζετε την απίστευτη ποιότητα που έχουν και την βελούδινη υφή.

How are you???Back to your normal routine or trying to find ways to extend the holiday period???On December 29th, those of you who follow us on facebook  already know, that I bought the Smoked palette from Urban Decay. I got it on sale from Sephora, when they had -35% off on all palettes. Well...not exactly all...because I was in my hometown for the holidays and the local Sephora was lacking a few palettes and the Naked 2 was not on sale...which was really upsetting!!!!Now, I know that each Sephora has its own policy, depending on the city, which is so weird :/

Anyway...let's move on to this beautiful palette, perfect for a sultry smokey eye!!!For those of you who are familiar with the Urban Decay eyeshadows you know that the quality is amazing, the texture is literally like velvet.

Αυτά είναι τα πανέμορφα χρώματα που έχει η παλέτα και αν μπορείτε να διακρίνετε κλείνει και κουμπώνει με φερμουάρ, σαν κασετίνα δηλαδή, φοβερά βολική για την τσάντα ή το ταξίδι σας.

These are the 10 beautiful eyeshadows and I have to mention that the palette closes with a zipper,  which is excellent for travelling.

Μέσα, είχε επιπλέον το πιο μαύρο μολύβι που έχω δει ποτέ μου, το οποίο είναι πολύ μαλακό και ένα eyeshadow primer σε συσκευασία ταξιδίου.
